Implementing the project using the small steps method – implementing improvements gradually, so that the client could see the effects of the changes much sooner than
in the case of an overall website redesign.

Long-term cooperation, based on the maintenance and care of a B2B sales platform. We took over project work from another Software House. We created project documentation and implemented numerous improvements to the client’s sales process.

The results we achieved:

• numerous improvements to the purchasing process, including within the addition of products to ‘favourites’,
• efficient removal of products from the shopping basket,
• improved login and registration process,
• created design documentation and clean code

Taking over project from other contractors. Maintenance of a thriving B2C e-commerce business in the automotive sector. Maintenance and care of the online shop, running on osCommerce. Changes to the online shop were implemented gradually, without stopping the business.

• implementation of a new responsive design for the online shop,
• building a loyalty programme from scratch,
• implementation of a code repository.

Maintenance and development of a platform for the retail sale of books directly by readers. Taking over the project from another Software Company and continuing the development work.
Results we achieved:

• expansion of the mechanism for pricing books,
• integration with InPost parcels, streamlining the parcel delivery process,
• ISBN number scanner, streamlining the process of adding a book to the system, without having to enter the data manually.

Development of a web application for monitoring and automating price updates on auction portals.
The application is a response to the needs of companies selling via auction portals. Market Monitor is currently integrated with such platforms as Allegro, Allegro.cz and Empik.

The results we have achieved include:

• integration with multiple auction platforms,
• product management panel,
• price policy management,
• possibility to group products.

Maintenance and development of two CARGO web applications – programming work carried out by a scaled project team. Construction of proprietary software from scratch
– microservices integrating with PKZ and PKK. Starting the collaboration with minor programming work, creating code documentation and introducing regular testing.

Results we achieved:

• implementation of a code repository, project documentation, process automation, CI/CD, code review process and regression testing,
• two separate microservices integrated with PKK and PKZ respectively, built from scratch,
• a software audit conducted, thanks to which we became aware of the current technological situation.
